What is my PSAT score? And is it good?

You add up the scores for each section, so you got a 131. The PSAT score ranges from 60 to 240. If you add a 0 to the end of your score, you can see what you SAT score would be. In this case you got a 1310. Average is around a 1500, but you this score is based on a curve with older kids. You score should naturally increase by next year to over a 1500. It's not an excellent score though. On my sopre PSAT, I got a 182 or 1820, but got a 2260 on the actual SAT. You'll probably end up with around a 1500-1600 without much practice, so you are roughly average.
